When your client purchases their new home from the First Texas Family of Homes, you will not only receive your 3% commission, but also a $1k Nebraska Furniture Mart gift card for every closed transaction this year!

The American Dream Team powered by Supreme Lending is the preferred lending partner of the First Texas Family of Homes. Your client will receive great rates, including but not limited to, up to $5.000 in closing cost assistance!

Additionally, there is a little something for you, as a Texas Top Producer.  You will earn a 3% commission and a $1,000 Bonus Gift Card to Nebraska Furniture Mart when your client purchases a home from the one of the First Texas Family of Homes.


New Home Construction (a.k.a. Build Jobs) normally take roughly 9-12 months weather pending. An added benefit for Texas Top Producer members includes a commission advancement. When your client buys new construction from the ground up, you are eligible to receive 50% of the Earnest Money Deposit months ahead of closing.

Here is how it works: Earnest Money is collected in two phases:
a. 50% at Contract Execution
b. 50% at the time of Redline Meeting, where plans are approved by the Buyer and Builder

Texas Top Producer members are eligible to be paid 50% of the total amount Earnest Money collected after both the Buyer and Builder sign off on the blue prints and plans. Specific paperwork will be required to submit to the Builder requesting commission advancement. Talk to your sales representative for details.

If your client purchases a $400,000 home with $5,000 in total Earnest Money due, you would receive $2,500 commission advancement at the time of the Redline Contract approval. (Please note: This commission advancement is not available on contracts that have a contingency, and there will not be any refunds to the Buyer as your commission was advanced from Earnest Monies. Offer only valid with new-build construction and not on spec properties.)


Texas Top Producers have the ability receive an extra $3,000 – $5,000 in additional bonus money on top of their standard 3% commission payout when your client purchases a home in a closeout community.

Becoming a Texas Top Producer member simply means that you are getting insider information on where the First Texas Family of Homes is going to be, with currently over 5,000 under development in the DFW area.

Also, you will have access to information like what is coming down the pipeline, such as community information, specs, and even lots, all before anyone else knows about it!


Are Open Houses part of your business model? Do you qualify to host an open house? As a Texas Top Producer member, the First Texas Family of Homes has permitted qualified Realtors to host open houses in their completed specs. In order to be approved for hosting open house, you must meet the qualifications:

  1. You must be licensed for 2+ years or;
  2. You must have done 4+ transactions in the last 12 months. Leases do not count.

If you do not meet the current criteria, don’t worry. We will be hosting Open House Certification courses to get you approved to host the open houses. It is a simple, one-hour course in our office where you will earn a certificate. An invitation can be sent to you at your request if your membership applies.
